Smaller sheets can fit trays up to 30cm wide, while larger pieces of paper may fit trays up to 45cm wide.

Parchment Paper FAQs
Why use parchment paper when baking?
Parchment paper is heat-resistant and non-stick, so it’ll prevent sticking and reduce browning. There’s no need to grease the baking tin or tray before use which will save you time, and your food will release easily once it’s been baked. Best of all, parchment paper will save you time cleaning, as your pans won’t get covered in baked-on food!
How to use parchment paper for baking?
Using parchment paper is exceptionally straightforward. Either side of the paper can be used, and you simply need to cut the correct size of sheet for your tray or pan.
If you are using a deep baking tray, ensure the sides of the paper extend over the lip of the tray by a couple of inches, then cut another piece of parchment paper to go across the tray the opposite way so that all walls and edges are covered.
Add the batter, then transfer your pan to the oven. Once your cake has finished cooking, simply lift the parchment paper from the pan and remove the cake.
If you are using round parchment paper in a cake tin, add the parchment paper to the bottom of the tin, then grease the edges of the tray if they are uncovered.
For such a simple purchase, parchment paper can save you hours of time in the kitchen. For their heavy-duty yet healthy material and non-stick coating, it’s the Katbite Heavy Duty Baking Paper Sheets that claim my top spot!
